STAR Reading

I just finished taking a computerized assessment called STAR reading. It wasn't a big challenge but it wasn't easy peasy. Now everyone around me is quietly reading Roll of Thunder , Hear my Cry.  Niya.

The book is about  when African Americans had just been let out of slavery and there is an African  American  family that learns about how to face racism.



I don't really like the book.
